Bhavani Kedia of Attapur, Hyderabad, brought pride to her city by winning the Silver Medal at the 27th National Deaf Senior Sports Championship held in Jaipur, India. This championship featured top deaf athletes nationwide competing in various sports.

Bhavani demonstrated exceptional skill and determination in the women’s singles badminton category. She advanced through challenging rounds, showcasing her agility and precise shots, which were crucial to her success.

In the final match against a tough opponent from Maharashtra, Bhavani narrowly lost in straight sets with scores of 19-21 and 18-21. Despite the loss, her performance received widespread acclaim from coaches and spectators.
