
Berlin, Germany – Twenty-three athletes supported by the Reliance Foundation are set to compete fiercely at the World University Games, running until July 27th. The multi-sport event gathers top university athletes from around the globe, showcasing emerging talents on the world stage.
The athletes represent India across various sports including athletics, swimming, badminton, and shooting. This is a significant opportunity for them to gain international experience and compete against some of the best young athletes worldwide.

Among the contenders is sprinter Rohan Kumar, whose recent national record in the 400 meters has sparked excitement. “Competing at the World University Games is a big milestone for me,” Kumar said. “I am ready to give my best and hopefully inspire others back home.”
Swimmer Anika Patel, another athlete in the delegation, aims to break personal records. “I’ve trained hard for months, and this is my chance to make a mark internationally,” Patel shared.
